Connecting domestic action of Finance Ministers with ambition to reach $1.3trn of external finance for developing countries.   

Present appealing country case studies that demonstrate effective approaches to implementing NDCs, also illustrating certain recommendations of the COP30 Circle of Finance Ministers Report. The case studies will showcase how strengthening domestic action and enabling environments can mobilize climate finance for all countries, respective to their particular national circumstance.  

Share lessons learned and best practice on coordination and delivery mechanisms including country platforms, national transition plans, and green industrial strategies.  

Highlight Finance Ministries’ efforts to enhance their use of analytical tools and macroeconomic models, supported by robust data and assessment frameworks, to inform decision-making across public budgets and regulations
